What are the prerequisites?
  • The objectives are set by the Michelin Group (ensure alignment of interests).
  • Selection of an advisor from a portfolio of profiles
  • Reciprocal desire "coachee" - "coach" to create a potential for trust

Main activities

What are the main activities?
● Validate the company's objectives and expectations at the beginning of the advisory/coaching period
● Challenge the manager on 3 key areas:
o Follow-up of the commercial "pipe
o Monitoring of the techno roadmap - "product" roadmap
o Monitoring of the business plan and the cash level
● Accompanying towards concrete solutions per area:
o Sales pipe: marketing action plan, sales action plan, prospecting / marketing tools, sales cycle control, …
o Technological roadmap: management of key functionalities, control of customer benefits, development/maintenance (technical, digital), ...
o Business plan and cash flow: HR, organization, investment / operation, ...
● Challenge Michelin reporting alongside the manager
● Alerting Michelin in case of slippage
